The Coating Process
1. A complete inspection of the home’s exterior to find any surface deterioration including chipping, flaking, peeling, cracking and suspect areas.


2. Treching around the perimeter of the home inhibits capillary action of ground moisture and helps eliminate costly repair from foundation decay.


3. Pressure washing the entire home is cleaned using powerful pressure cleaning action. This helps remove dirt, stains, mildew and algae.

5. All doors, shrubs, trim, windows, lawn area and surfaces not to be coated are carefully covered. This allows for the most professional looking job possible.


6. Trim any damaged wood is replaced. All trim is scalped and sanded. Window frames, door jams and porches are hand finished in your choice of colors
